I am so happy with the results of my kitchen remodel. Sarah’s design for my kitchen is both beautiful and functional. I can’t believe what she was able to accomplish with my limited space. The craftsmanship of my installation is impeccable. This is the first project I have ever done that was on time and within the budget we were quoted. I look forward to working with Design Phase on other projects in the future.

Beware. Horrible experience. Contract signed in April. Work began in June, and is still not complete on September 1. I have a very small kitchen. No apologies have been made for workers not showing when we were told they were. No apologies for unlevel cabinets, or "forgetting" to order all parts of cabinets. Response to grout left on cabinets, ceiling, and appliances, was "it's just a clean up job". My husband and I are easy going people. A simple apology for all of the mistakes made during this negative and frustrating experience, would have been greatly appreciated. Now, we have to hire a new crew to re-do the mess made by Design Phase. Costly mistake we have made, by not thoroughly researching.

I am so pleased with my kitchen floors and bathroom remodel. I was presented with several options to open up my tiny bathroom and kitchen. The designer provided me with a variety of ideas and made the remodel a very smooth task! I never imaged my bathroom could be tranformed into my very favorite room in the house. Looking forward to working with Design Phase on my 2nd bath remodel.
