had our basement finished and really happy with the results. went with a family room setup, built in storage along one wall, and new flooring throughout. crew was professional and kept things moving, never felt like the project was dragging on. the finished space looks great and weve basically gained a whole new floor of the house. a few neighbors in the Hoffman Estates area have asked who did the work which is always a good sign. pricing was competitive and they stuck to the original estimate with no surprise charges at the end. solid basement finishing work all around 👍
