We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Joe came out first and did a thorough job diagnosing the issue with our furnace and explaining everything clearly, which really helped put us at ease during a stressful situation. When it came time for installation, Andres was outstanding. He worked efficiently, professionally, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. What really stood out was that Andres noticed and identified a gas leak in an area unrelated to the furnace, something that could have turned into a very dangerous situation if it had gone unnoticed. We’re incredibly grateful for his attention to detail and care for our family’s safety. When you think HVAC, you should think Family Man Heating and Cooling. We had scheduled an appointment to get our furnace looked at for a funny noise. Then our furnace stopped working. We called and they had someone out the same day. Joe came and he was very honest, he made us feel very comfortable choosing the outcome that best suited our situation. He had also smelled gas, so he said they would replace a fitting. We were scheduled the next day for install. Andres arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable. There were a few decisions we had to make, and both Andres, and Joe on the phone, made those decisions much less stressful. Andres tested the fittings, and said he didn't detect any leaks. They were very punctual and when I asked them to come on Monday (with any openings they sent me a texted that they could) instead of Tuesday. We are visiting our daughter from Virginia. She got a new smart thermostat for Christmas and I wasn't comfortable with installing it.Very reasonable and the girl I talked to was very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend this company.

Family Man Heating and Cooling has been servicing our furnace and A/C for a couple years. We recently had to replace our gas furnace due to leaking carbon monoxide. Rafael was great at explaining the situation and providing helpful options. Rafael and Tony installed a new furnace, and we're very happy with their work. They were polite, careful, and tidy, completely cleaning up when the job was done. They explained the work at key points and made sure we were satisfied. Rafael also outlined the potential rebates and tax options that could be available. Customer Service is excellent. Myla is very responsive and very helpful with options and information. It is always easy to schedule.

Joe was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to address all of our concerns and installed our new furnace quickly and efficiently, and left his work area nice and clean.
