Our pavers were damaged before we moved in our brand new home. We waited for four months until finally Classic Floors was called out. Matt was courteous and friendly and provided his professional input to replace the area we felt needed to be replaced - no more and not less than we thought was fair. Matt coordinated the day and time without hindering our daily routine. His crew arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Our driveway finally looks the way it should be - without defects. We appreciate Matt and his crew for stepping up and providing professional work and excellent customer service. If it wasn't for Matt we would still be waiting.

Jared did an excellent job on our shower floor. He was very meticulous, a craftsman, and cleaned everything up. We would highly recommend him for any tile work, especially shower floors.

Poor granite installation. Damaged and put the blame on us despite pictures to prove it. A simple way to resolve this matter would have been to send on of your guys to take a look and you would have seen it for yourself. Disappointed.

Very unprofessional left four messages no one ever calls you back. When you call all you do is get a recording with 15 peoples different extensions and no one ever answers the phone. Not sure how anyone can do business with these people
