Ours was a remodel/refurbish job, which added some extra complexity—removing the old stairs and designing a new staircase to fit the existing footprint. They handled it all with professionalism and creativity. Throughout the design process, they were patient and flexible with our change requests, always providing helpful input and making sure we felt confident in the direction.
