Our experience with Paradise Pools was wonderful from start to finish. Bill the owner of the company is extremely knowledgeable, dependable and thorough. He was available and supportive with any and all concerns. Jim the expert foreman on site was outstanding and impressive with his attention to detail. His dedication and understanding of his craft was astounding. Everyone involved in the process was respectful and professional. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARADISE POOLS.

We are so happy that we did business with Paradise Pools in Sandwich, IL. The owner and entire staff are a pleasure to work with and very professional. Bill worked with us from the beginning, from picking out the size of the pool and color to the water fountains and fire bowl selections. The installation was seemless and the final product is amazing! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Top notch! We also have the aftercare service where they come out and attend to the pool every 2 weeks as well as the pool opening & closing service they offer. Because of their great customer service, we also purchased a hot tub from Paradise Pools! We now have a paradise in our backyard thanks to them. After reviewing several companies we chose Paradise Pools for our in ground pool . Bill explained the process in detail and the decision was made . The crew , lead by Jim , was friendly , courteous and worked very hard . Jim had answers for every question . He stopped by frequently to make sure every step was spot on .
