Alberto’s guys came to sand and refinish our entire first floor, moving the furniture, sheeting everything with plastic, and quickly getting to work. They were fast and organized. Two and a half days later we were back to normal, but with the wood floors looking beautiful. I’ll be calling them again. Good work, good price, happy happy.

Alberto and crew installed brand new hardwood floors for us and did an impeccable job. They showed up every morning on time and worked diligently until the job was done. Every detail was meticulously cared for and our home looks brand new where they made the install. When it’s time to do another floor I will 100% be using Designer Contracting. 10/10 experience from beginning to end.

Alberto and his crew did a fantastic job on our floors and stair railing. We have been renovating our first floor and opened up the kitchen to the dinning room . The floors were five layers high in the old kitchen and we pulled them out . Alberto installed new red oak floors to match the original flooring in our home and sanded the old flooring and stained it all so you can’t see where the transition is. We also replaced the “90’s special” stair railing and banister and he stained it to match the floors.
