These guys are simply great. My AC unit in my townhouse broke over the summer. Called these guys back in early January to get a quote and they were the best price. The came over my house to assess and give me a proper quote and explained it all black and white. They were accommodating to all my questions I had about the systems. Early feb we schedule the installation of new furnace and AC Coil, and AC condenser in wall unit. They were all courteous and friendly. They draped all the work area to protect and keep debris from falling around the area and cleaned up after then selves when they were done. They even talked about how maintenance wound work and how often. Highly recommended then for any of your heating and AC needs.

After getting quotes from several other companies, I chose Lincoln largely because of how friendly, honest, and transparent Jim was—making the decision feel effortless. Colton and the installation crew were outstanding. They spent several days installing an 8-zone mini-split system, safely decommissioning the old boiler, and removing all the radiators and visible piping. Their level of expertise and professionalism was exceptional. Since the install, we've had some seriously cold weather that really put the new system to the test—and it has performed flawlessly. I used to go to another local service, RAS, but I increasingly felt I was getting ripped off and getting increasingly poor service. When they wouldn't come out to replace a one year old piece of cheap junk that they had installed that caused my heat pump AC to fail in 100 degree weather, I was done with them. We hunted around since we have Bosch heat pumps and not a lot of HVAC contractors service them. Lincoln Mechanical turned out to be godsend. They have a nice team, from the office to the technicians. Most recently we were having problems with our Weil-Mclain High Efficiency boiler, which RAS had also installed. It was cutting out in really cold temperatures, just what you don't want. I received a quote that I thought was fair and scheduled work. They arrived on time, put tarps down, and started work. They ran into a constraint with my basement after starting (not their fault) and were able to explain everything and provide options. Everything was completed with precision and I was really happy with the results. They were easy to communicate with and I really appreciated that.
