Arlene is always very responsive, from our initial contact to completion, she is a joy to work with for the past month. She has an unmatched depth of knowledge about everything in their store as well as what competitors sell with instant answers as to what is in stock, lead times, etc... it's truly priceless to work with an experienced professional! Great local family business that goes above and beyond. We have been shopping in their store for years. From locks to home improvement items they have many unique items that you can't find anywhere else. Arlene helped us from the start of our recent bathroom project. She helped us with examples, demonstrations, and eventually design. Laying out measurements and little drawings that completed our master plan. We had a few small issues from her suppliers, not her fault, and she solved all the issues. No problem. Funny aside, I came to them some years ago with a unique antique part I did not really want to restore. After looking at the part, I was told to go home, put some elbow grease on it and restore it.
