Chose Designers Touch because of the high ratings on Google. Can honestly say we were not let down in the least! From meeting Marsha, to BJ coming by to make sure what we wanted would work, to the two Brian's that did the installation! All very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Our floors came out beautiful and project completed when they said it would be done! They didn't try to upsell us to something more expensive yet recommended flooring that would work for our needs, and kept us within our budget! They all went above and beyond and if anyone we know is looking for flooring we will definitely be recommending Designer's Touch! We went to several other stores shopping for replacement flooring in the MCM we just purchased. Designer's Touch not only offered a higher-quality flooring option, but they offered it at a fair price. Their installers were great, getting the whole room completed in just one day. They'll absolutely get the first shot at our future business! (Wish we'd gone there first!)

I've purchased flooring here several times and not only were the prices much less than I expected, but the customer service was excellent as well. Their new store is inspiring to visit with beautiful displays throughout. Luke was very helpful and made everything a breeze.

Highly recommend! We are in the process of a complete kitchen remodel, and needed to select backsplash tile. They have an awesome selection, and very knowledgeable staff. This is our first tile project, and they helped us not only with tile selection, but also with thinset, grout, stone sealer, and edging. Complete service!

So here’s a tale of two companies...One was a complete and utter waste of a business, and the other was one you would have wanted to give that business to. We had our kitchen updated with new countertops from another local company. Awful service. Awful communication. Awful experience. We had enough. They completed the work but it was just a huge letdown overall. To finish the project, we wanted to order tile backsplash. While we could have ordered it from the awful company, we just couldn’t justify giving any more money to them. So we stumbled across Designers Touch. We ordered what we needed, (we had our own installer) and it went in. All good. Nothing special, just ordered tile.
