They are a great family owned business in Freeland. They took out our old carpet and put in a new vinyl floor which looks amazing. The crew was very informative, clean and punctual about doing the job and making sure it is done correctly! I would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a good quality floor.

Just got our carpet installed today and I did carpet angels on the floor! I love it and they installed quickly (2 weeks). He gave us tips to pull the carpet ourselves so we could save money! So this is a very honest flooring business. When we get more done, I’m definitely calling Parsons! Love the options. We opted out of the traveling showroom because we didn’t have our house yet. Very happy with them and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, easy to contact, and quick smaller business crew. Thank you Parsons!

To be able to choose the flooring material right in my home was a great service. No running back and forth from a store to my home in making those choices. Parsons Family Flooring has done an extensive amount of flooring in our house over a period of 6-8 months. They have consistently provided professional and reliable service. Each time we were ready for the next room to be done, we were glad to choose them again. They did a great job carpeting our rooms and curving stairway as well as placing LVP in a smaller bathroom. My husband and I reached out to Parsons Family Flooring after a friend highly recommended them based on his recent experience with their product and job quality and pricing. Parsons brought quality and pretty carpet samples to our home, which we chose from, and laid it in three rooms of our home. The entire experience was flawless. They went waaaayyy above and beyond for us in terms of scheduling, dealing with project expansion, and thinking out of the box to take care of a big issue we had with moving a large piece of furniture. When they walked away at the end of the install, they left our rooms spic and span. The new carpeting is glorious and was laid impeccably. I look forward to using them again for future flooring needs!
