Chantel did an amazing job tiling our kitchen. She spent extra time making sure that she did exactly what we wanted. She worked through the weekend to make sure she finished. She cleaned up after herself and the tile looks beautiful.

ADEQUATE TILE WORK, UNPROFESSIONAL BILLING PRACTICES-WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Hired for 3 full bathrooms & 1 mudroom. Tile work started fine, but our experience with Chantel Biggs (Detail Tile & Stone, LLC) quickly became frustrating. She requested a mid-job payment not in our contract, which we paid, no questions asked.. At the end, she sent a final invoice wanting immediate payment the same day. Upon review, we found significant discrepancies and price increases per square foot. Her explanation? “Because it required more labor than it was bid out.” She refused to revert to the original pricing and acted as if she was doing us a favor. She also mismeasured the space, forcing us to purchase hundreds of dollars of extra tile. (Be warned, she would prefer to do you a "favor" and purchase the t

When building my house Chantel was a great person to work with. She did everything I asked for and more. She really does a good job. My bathrooms, fireplace and kitchen backsplash look amazing. A very well done job. I would definitely recommend her.

Chantel is the hardest tough worker I’ve used in my remodel. She is sharp, and dedicated and loves her craft! She is precise, picky, skilled, talented, intelligent, reliable, and has the special knack for what she does! I totally recommend her for all your tile needs!

My history here has been horrible, I thought it would be great, as the original product was amazing, but not even a year later the product started to crack, and water started to mold underneath. I had to have it all stripped and redone which was really expensive.
