Details Landscape Maintenance

If I could give less I would. My car is always covered in dirt and debris and I have watched the crews blow leaves and dirt into patios so they don't have to deal with it. Really? Do your job and quit making the rest of the property so dirty. What a truly horrible experience for 5 years!

I was referred to this company by my property management company for a large tree that was knocked down during a storm about 2 weeks ago. My Property Manager sent the work order and I was suppossed to hear back same day. I waited until after the weekend and still hadnt heard. Called peoperty manager back and they said the work order was already sent and gave me the number to Details Lanscaping. I called them and they said they did not have my work order. Called property manager back and they had it handled that same day. Details Landscaping then took over a week to call and schedule a time even though they are required to call and schedule within 48 hours or so of the work order. I took time off work to be here for the landscapers as I was informed they would be here "in the morning" (no s

SO ANGRY!!!!! this company stormed my back yard yesterday and rained down hundreds of pounds of debris all over my patio, furniture, landscaping, shrubs, potted plants and yard decorations! They broke things, butchered my trees and broke arms off my cacti..... Ive had other companies here before with much better results! I suggest looking for another company if you like your stuff!!!!
