The guy we had was fantastic. It all took a while because we had to order replacement parts from the manufacturer (Sign of The Crab), but once the parts came he recommended a couple of changes and got everything working again (after one faucet had been badly damaged by another company).

We needed to get a new gas water heater installed. Everyone at Detemple was very professional and friendly. Michelle was wonderful to work with and the plumbers Todd and Kordell were very professional and nice. We will definitely use them in the future for our plumbing needs and we highly recommend them. I’m so blown away with my experience with Jason from Detemple. I had an emergency leak and I called all around town and no one could fit me in until 2 or 3 weeks. Detemple was able to send someone out within the hour to not only investigate but also fix the leak. Jason was kind and took the time to answer all my questions about what happened. He did excellent investigative work as the problem was located between 2 different floors. He found the leak and was able to fix it quickly. I’m so grateful for care, concern, and professionalism that I experienced - especially on short notice. This is a company that does care about their customers and has highly skilled professionals. I hope I do not have any other plumbing emergencies but they will be the first one I will call if anything happens in
