Calvin and Natalya were fantastic. Great explanation of both the prep work and the finished product. Very personable and efficient. They came in and reglazed our tub per Warranty from a not so good reglaze we did with the same company several years ago. I highly recommend both of them.

They stand by their work! I asked for a tub reglaze with non skid and found out my feet were to sensitive to it. So they came back out and restored it to a smooth surface again. Hard working and fair priced. Id use them again.

Bob Anderson great communicator very fair pricing, Bob,Mario,Don performed fantastic installment on tub walls new faucet,multiple shower heads. I can't express enough the glazing and caulking done by young Bob would give all these fine gentleman more than 5 stars if I could.

I am deeply disappointed with this Company and ownership. I would never recommend this Company services to anyone. Bob the owner did not owner did not honor the contract by not completing the job and did not refund my money on uncompleted job since May 25. Bob is a liar and not professional business man. I don't know where he hire how workers from but they left paint spots on my bathroom tile and my hallway carpet when they were using tarps, just sloppy work.After sending Bob the pictures no reaction from him, like he didn't care. I am still waiting on a refund from Bob, he had all types of excuses and blocked my calls. This is a terrible and disrespectful business and Like I mentioned before I will move forward on complaining to other agencies . Bathtubs Detroit Tubs is a disgrace.

Terrible work. They went against their word with stripping the tub. There was no communication at all between the guy that came and “Bob” Anderson on the phone. The smell of marijuana also isn’t great from someone that’s suppose to do the work. After the second time out, “Bob” decides to tell me that he will refund me $50 because it wasn’t stripped because of the lazy laborer that did the tub reglaze. I have yet to see the $50. At this point it’s not about the money, it’s about the principal and fact of bad customer service and poor quality of work. You can see in my picture how they left the tub drain. And also when you run your hand across the tub surface, not smooth at all! If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
