Devonshire St Garage

I made a reservation for Friday at 10:30 pm but when I got there I found the place closed. At no time was there any sign saying that they would close at 10:00 pm. And they let you make the reservation until 11:00 pm. Stupid place

They Held My Car Hostage. Seriously. Place is under new management. They have no signs to instruct you how they will take care of your car after 11, and the garage opens at 7, however you have to have your car out by 6 AM. When I say my car was held hostage, I’m not being facetious. Don’t park here.

This parking is a scam. They have placed a sign outside the door; you pay, but you can't enter the garage... This is at 11 PM on a Friday. They took $45 and won't refund the money when we went back the next day.

Booked thru a parking app. Was nervous about reviews, but we had a seamless and easy experience. Pulled into the garage, was greeted by a staff who checked our license plate with their computer (our booking app said specifically our license plate would be saved for the reservation). Saturday pricing we paid about $16 for about 5hrs to roam boston. Parking spaces were a little narrow for an SUV but we made it work. Lots of spaces and easy to get in/out. Would be happy to use this place again.

Awful. We were told that the lot was full when it wasn’t. Parking attendant asked me if I paid first and I said no because I hadn’t. And then I proceeded to ask. What if I had paid? It never said the lot was full because I was at the last stage of paying online. I believe he was just discriminating against us and was only allowing luxury nice cars in.
