DFW Hieghts Roofing Company where very Professional, Prompt and Affordable! Mr. Rigo dealt with my Insurance Co. and my HOA. Mr. RIGO and his Team did exactly what was promised in Contract! During my Roofing Process I had 2 deaths in my family and was not able to be home , Rigo was very sympathetic and told me to go and take care of the Funeral Arrangements, and that he and his Team would complete the job without any worries, and that is exactly what he did!! My experience with DFW Heights was excellent. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. My project manager, Jason, stayed on top of things and kept in communication with me at every turn. Edgar, the job superintendent, was patient and professional, even when he had to endure an overly long inspection (4 hours) with the insurance company adjuster and the guy he was training. When my insurance company rejected my roof claim in the beginning, the company went the extra mile to help me dispute the claim and gain approval. The day of the roof replacement, the crew arrived at the time that was scheduled and did a great job! All debris was cleared around my house and everything put in place the way it was found.
