If there were to be something below 1 star I sure would have selected that, what i dislike in my life is is someone using a malicious tactic to get business When I contacted this guy he promised me that he has he would not only do the work but provide 2 year labor in case there was any issue. See below "Complete Hvac system 1.0 $5,500.00 $5,500.00 Unit comes with 10 years manufacturer warranty and 2 years warranty from Dfw Hvac Pros" I ended up opting for an option that cost me $5800. Unfortunately that very same day, immediately when his technicians left I noticed there was an issue with the work done, I called him to send a technician to look into it , this guy refused to come and stop responding to my e-mail , text or call. I don't want anyone to fall into my predicament , please bewar

I've been trying to get in contact with this company to utilize the warranty that was given to us for a furnace. Now a year later our furnace is not working again. No one is returning my call. Please reach out to me directly to rectify this situation. I've spent thousands of dollars with YOUR company to fix the furnace and now I am unable to reach ANYONE. This is unacceptable.

I had the absolute misfortune of hiring DFWPRO HVAC for an HVAC installation back in June, and it has been nothing but a nightmare from the very beginning. First of all, their complete lack of responsiveness is mind-boggling. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times via phone and email to address issues with their installation, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They simply don't care about their customers once they've got your money. But the real horror story began when I decided to seek a second opinion from another HVAC company. It turns out that the installation DFWPRO did was an absolute disaster. The other company couldn't believe the shoddy workmanship and poor quality of materials used. It's clear that DFWPRO's so-called "professionals" have no idea what they're doing.

Jared was really great and professional about finding the issue and solving it quickly! Took 20 minutes for him to find and fix it whereas I had been trying for 2+ hours over the week. Will definitely use him for future AC needs!

Very efficient service. I had a guest in my Airbnb and DFW was onsite to repair within 1 hour of my call. Saved them from sleeping in a hot house when the AC broke. This really mattered for guest experience!
