I used Brandon for my home inspection last year and it has been nothing but a nightmare. He missed that the toilets were loose, there was no cold water running in two of the bathrooms, the electrical panel was not to code with the amount of items pulling from it, soft spots in the floors from prior water damage, a loose shower head and many more issues. He has cost me upwards of $30k because I would have walked away if these weren't addressed prior to moving in.

I recently had a new home inspected by Brandon at DFW ProSpecs LLC and I was thrilled with the services provided. Brandon was able to get the inspection done soon after I requested the inspection and Brandon produced a very thorough and detailed report on my new home and all items the builder needed to address before closing. It was great working with Brandon! Our offer was accepted and the next day Brandon was there for our inspection. His assessment was thorough and helped guide us on any necessary repairs the owner needed to make. We'll work with Brandon again in the future for home inspections.

I did not receive any services from Brandon, but called him for a quote to complete a job that a different company did not complete. I explained to him my situation, and he spent time giving me his professional advice on how to handle the other company. I did exactly as he advised and the company agreed to come back and re-do their work. The way Brandon handled a situation knowing he would not get paid speaks volumes to who he is as a person and as a professional- wanting the customer to be treated fairly and helping where he can, even if it doesn’t benefit him. Brandon was excellent from start to finish. He was very responsive and extremely helpful during the inspection. I needed someone to inspect the home ahead of the 1-year mark (new build). Brandon showed up as planned and completed a thorough inspection of the home. He answered all of my questions and even provided a summary before leaving.
