It was a true blessing when my plumber recommended Intensa Dry to help me after a leak from the upstairs bathroom into my craft room downstairs. Elnard, very professionally, helped with the insurance process every step of the way! His crew did exceptional work and the restoration was finished with minimum inconvenience. Leak from shower inundated our master bedroom closet carpet and adjacent den flooring. Elvard’s crew responded quickly, respectfully and skillfully. We were advised each day of their expected arrival time and what needed to be done at that time. They helped in the carpet and pad replacement selection and in the number of flooring pieces needed. Wall boards were cut out to access the the wet areas and fans and heaters were employed and used until the entire area was dry. Walls restored beautifully, flooring professionally and pad and rug laid quickly and perfectly. Great job!
