Horrible Experience! My organization spent $200K on new doors for the campus and we continue to have issues with the functionality of the doors as well as loud squeaking. The installer and salesman keep insisting they will resolve the issue but nothing materialized. I had another door company review the problems and the fix is clearly related to the type of hinges, which has been the conversation all along. D.H. simply will not follow through resolving the issue with the manufacturer.
