DHC Construction and Design

I highly recommend DHC Construction and Design, a licensed & insured general contractor. DHC recently completed a 12’x14’ addition for me. Their contract for my project was very detailed and professionally written. Aaron Green was my production manager, and he was very responsive to my questions/concerns. He would stop by frequently to see how the project was moving along. We had our kitchen and living room redone and used the DHC team to make our dreams come true. From the start, they were kind, helpful, understanding, and worked within our budget, timing, and constraints. There were very few things this team could not do; they had a vendor and support for everything! We hired DHC based on radio commercials from Ross Kaminsky/KOA. Presley came to bid a bathroom project and we ended up completing 2 more projects! Carpeting an entire upstairs, sitting room and living room and redoing a porch step. They did it quickly and were easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier!

I LOVE working with Presley! I originally found him when I needed remodeling done on my rental and he was professional, timely and kind as a contractor. He also ensured good work and execution. I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with him through my woodworking business, The WoodChick Colorado, on some custom beams for an addition he’s working on as well.
