Choice Home Warranty(CHW) assigned this company to me. Lenny the owner was reassigned to replace a kitchen faucet that needed replacement. This was fixed by them just few weeks ago and broke again and now needed replacement. If they had done their diagnosis well the first time, they didn’t have to come the second time. Appointment was initially set for Wednesday. Lenny calls me a day before asking can he rather come on Friday. I was not available on Friday and asked him if he can come on the assigned date. He agreed. Does not turn up and rather calls and asks he to send the picture of the faucet so he can go purchase and come with the faucet and install it the same day. This company swindled my family out of $5000. They said they repaired the inside of our sewer line and gave us a "lifetime warranty". We paid for the required maintenance for several years and then the sewer line backed up again. I called their number but the man that came said he wasn't with them and said they were out of business. When I mentioned the lifetime warranty...he started yelling at me. He told me that I should just pay $100 today and my line would be fine again. I said that something must be wrong if my fixed line is clogged again so soon that it requires clearing. He started yelling at me again and I asked him to leave. I had another company come and put a camera in my sewer line and the whole line looked exactly as it did before the $5000 repair. Lenny, the owner and operator of Dial-A-Sewer-Man came out to give my company, Bergen County Veterinary Center, an estimate, on Saturday 3/12/16. He diagnosed the problem and was out here today, 3/17/16 with our new toilets and had them installed within about a half hour. There was no mess to clean up after and everything is working just as they promised. In addition, they followed up the installation with additional diagnostics to make sure that what they said would work was working. It was comforting to know that the owner was on the job himself, supervising the work being done and ensuring that everything was being done as promised. His workers were courteous and friendly. The owner of this company flat-outlied to my Home Warranty company to say I did not have a leak. He then misdiagnosed the leak, claiming it was from something not covered by my warranty (when it cearly wasn't) and wanted me to pay out of pocket for unnecessary repairs.
