Dial Duron did an excellent job installing our tankless gas InstaHot water heater. Our technician, Alex Babineau, was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The customer service from start to finish was great, and the installation was done cleanly and efficiently. The electrician who came out to complete the wiring was also very professional and did a great job. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend Dial Duron.

We have been w Dial for over 10 yrs! They are always quick to get someone out asap! Hunter was fantastic! Quick service, knowledgeable, and got our A/C blowing cool air in no time! He was even able to install a U/V air sanitation system at an excellent price!! Great job!

Update. 2/12/26 - Dial Duran has been out two more times over the last few months. During these visits I have shown them the work was still not complete. They took pictures both times of the mastic not dried. very wet and goopy. Both times they told me a supervisor would contact me shortly to address the continued issue. This has not happened. I was contacted however about payment. Can you believe they want to be paid for a job not completed. I ended up hiring another company to redo the work to satisfaction. This is the fifth time Dial Duran came to fix my issue. It is not fixed so I am updating this review with new video taken 3 days after mastic was reapplied. 07/28/25 Please note. I want to say my experience with Dial Duran actually starts from the OFFICE. The experience and knowledge they have always gets me in the right direction. They are very patient with my questions and pleasant to talk too! Very, very professional. The skill trades are awesome too; however, the office really pulls it all together! Thank so much!
