Diamond Appliance Repair

We had a technician come look at our dishwasher and refrigerator. He was in our home 5-10 minutes tops, to inform us that it wasn’t fixable. Then we were told our bill was $185.00 for NOTHING. Sure we live in Kizmiller, which is maybe 17 miles from the business. I called to argue the price and wow they lowered it a little, not much. It’s crazy!!! I will never call them again. I know it’s a business but if you want customers you have got to care. I would never have the heart to charge anyone for not fixing anything!!!! I get it, possibly a service fee for gas but this was rediculous!!!!!

I called Monday morning. The tech was here Tuesday afternoon for a washer diag/repair. Fair response time. From the time he called to say he was on his way until he left was about an hour(1 hour) The tech said loose clutch assembly. Tightened. I paid my bill(expensive) and he was on his way. I did my first load of laundry and same noise. I contacted the tech who said he will have the office call me with a part estimate. I spoke to Chris today. He was willing to make some concessions. Considering the age of the machine, I decided to buy a new one. Negotiations successful. Thanks!

I have used Diamond Appliance for my oven and refrigerator. Chris is professional, prompt, fair and honest. His technicians were on time, courteous and respectful to put everything back and clean up. Even though a part had to be ordered the turn around time was fast. I will only call Chris for all my appliance repairs and highly recommend them, you won't find a better repair company in Garrett County.

Professional and responsive! Returned our call promptly (unlike many other businesses in Garrett County!) and scheduled our appointment for soon thereafter. They arrived when they said they would and fixed the problem with the dishwasher. There was a minor follow-up issue and they quickly returned to make the needed adjustment. Highly recommend!

These people are fabulous. I had an issue with an older refrigerator and needed service with a short turnaround time. I called, left a message, and was called back in less than an hour. The service was scheduled, and the repair person was there on time. He was courteous, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He was considerate of the kitchen itself, making sure to tidy up any items that had been moved to get the work done. In an era when we often hear, and sometimes say ourselves, "If we could just get someone who would be able to fix things," these people are remarkably refreshing in their commitment to service and quality work.
