NuWay Restoration & Cleaning

I had my entire house cleaned today by NuWay carpet Cleaners, and they did an absolutely amazing job! The team was extremely thorough and professional, and their prices were very reasonable. They even cleaned my Persian rug that I purchased in India — it looks better now than when I first bought it! I’m beyond impressed with their attention to detail and quality of work. Highly recommended!

Landed on NuWay after 3 other area providers flaked on us this year for home air duct cleaning. This crew was 110% professional up and down the org chart from the front desk, estimating, scheduling, billing, and technical. So easy to work with and highly responsive to emails and calls. The crew on the day was so polite, methodical, and thorough about putting everything back as they found it. Best of all, we can breathe deep again. NuWay is the real deal and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They do a phenomenal job, for the Oakland Volunteer Fire Department of which I am the president, at everything that we asked them to do. Not only do they clean, they stock the paper products in the restrooms take out the trash and replace the linens, and there prices are significantly lower than there competition!! Big Thumbs up to Bill, Chip Shawn, Sarah, Loretta, Becky and all the other hardworking folks!! Oh yeah we also rent our rugs from them for about 25% of what there competitor was charging us!!!

Terrific job really. The guys (Shawn Moats and his partner Sean (sp) were hard working, honest, and professional. They pulled up carpet (and all the staple strips that go with it) to reveal original hardwood floors in three rooms. An all day job. And there was much and heavy furniture to move and work around. Very careful with our furniture and breakables, and very respectful to my elderly mother and me. I’m happy to use their advice and install of now-needed transitions. I went into this blind and I’m sure glad this worked out so well. Many thanks.

NuWay's services were excellent for our facility, and their restoration was exactly what we needed to make the facility look better and improve morale.
