I was traveling south bound Wadsworth near Mississippi and a Diamond Excavating Semi side dump trailer that was in the right line pushed me out of the left line that I was legally in and forced me to go over the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic. He was trying to merge due to construction, but used he's size to force me over. When I called to complain and give the license plate # and truck # the receptionist was very kind and understanding. She asked for my name and if I would like a follow up call. I said absolutely! That's where the courtesy and politeness ended. I received a call back from Brian and he was immediately defensive of the truck driver and didn't seem to care that his truck driver from his company forced a vehicle to go into oncoming traffic with children in the back

I called to report one of their drivers this past fall- when getting on to the highway it was bumper to bumper traffic so i chose to enter from the on ramp in front of the large dump truck since space was limited everywhere else when slow going. The driver didn't seem to like that and proceeded to follow my bumper at 12" or closer for the following two miles, even as speeds got up to 40-50 miles per hour. The receptionist was very nice and gracious but the owner, who called me back later couldn't have cared any less - even after I shared photographs that proved the dump truck was so close that the license plate couldn't be seen. These folks are currently doing a project in front of our house in Golden. The crews are very polite and are in tune with our needs to get in and out of our driveway. We are the only ones affected by their work, and they have been the greatest to work with!
