Some termite damage was missed during the initial inspection, but Diamond fully owned up to the mistake and thoroughly handled repairs for me. Their repair team was communicative and professional, and the company owner Connor was fair and reassuring. During repairs, there was a place where the new drywall was slightly lipping behind the vanity in my bathroom due to a pipe in the wall. Kyre from the repair team pointed it out to me and explained that he would be able to make it plumb by building it up with mud. Even though this would be visually covered by the vanity, I really appreciated that he pointed it out to me and didn’t try to hide it.
