I recently had my first experience with Diamond Maids and I'm pleased with results. I heard about them from a former friend who uses their cleaning service. My studio was spotless after cleaning. They went above my expectations, and did deep cleaning after renovation. Ready to move in. I plan to use them again. PROFESSIONAL and reliable staff. I like the fact that they are insured, too.

I reserved a move-in service. The team arrived on time, and were in the home for roughly five or six hours. When we did the final walk through, one of the bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned, so someone came in with nothing more than a rag and a spray to take care of it - no toilet scrub or anything like that. I pointed out some things, like small paint marks which come off with a little bit of effort (as was clear in our order, it was a 'move in deep cleaning', and as most people do before moving in, we painted the walls), they pointed out that we should have asked for the 'post construction' service... as if painting some walls merits the same cleaning service after having construction done.
