Paid after I got food and I guess I was 15 mins too late on paying and now have a 40 dollar ticket, definitely worth finding somewhere else

Was 3 minutes late and had to pay $40. Parking was already almost $7 so definitely will not ever use again. I would rather walk from a further distance.

$25 failed to pay fee for a lot that has no tech so you have to use an app to pay for parking that has historically been free when shopping at local shops and restaurants? Just a company selling parking services to already well off people who love the idea of making easy money. Cant wait fully California converted Boise where everything has a price tag and no one cares about keeping the city in good condition because that's some one else problem. Community is dying I cant wait for our AI overloads to finish this.

I paid for 11 hours of parking I came out 4 hours later and had a ticket, sent them proof of payment and the ticket and It was extremely difficult to get ahold of them but when I did he was so helpful!

Predatory. Literally paid $5 to park for one hour on a rainy Sunday. I was literally their only customer. I was 15 minutes late getting back to my car because the food took longer than expected and BAM. $25 ticket.
