Mike came on a Sunday to help my daughter and I with our A/C did a great job. Call his company if you need help he is honest and has great work ethics, knows his business well.

I've known Mike for a few years now, and have used him several times for various A/C work. After YEARS of frustrations with other companies and struggling to find someone I could rely on, I'm delighted to have discovered Mike and Diamond SAK. He has been consistently knowledgeable, fair, professional, and detail-oriented. He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers, even at odd hours and weekends. He kept our ancient system running far beyond its expectations until we were ready (and could afford) to upgrade, and gave us excellent service at a fair price. I lucked into to meeting this guy, and giving him an opportunity to work on my AC units in my home. Mike is honest and fair, and always responds quickly when I call for his help. He’s taken the time to explain what exactly the issue is, and what needs to be done to correct it quickly. I’ve never been charged for an after hours call, or weekend service. He cares for his customers and prides himself on being honest and fair! I highly recommend him, and will not use another company for my AC and heating needs!

Called another company and was told they couldn’t come out for 2 days. A friend suggested his neighbor who did AC repairs. Mike dropped what he was doing and came right out to assist us. Great guy, very knowledgeable, and made quick work of diagnosing and repairing our issues.
