Ben was wonderful and knew exactly what was causing the problem with our unit. I called him on a Thursday evening. He came out Friday morning and replaced my old thermostat with a nice modern one that I am able to read. Then, Ben explained the cost of how he could fix the big problem, which I have no idea what it was lol, just that it’s so quiet now and so far working like a champ.
