Mac has been my roofer for several years now. I have a metal roof and have had a couple freak leaks and he is always quick to get her and repair it. Explains and takes pictures. He has redone the screws, always does a complete inspection everytime he is here and has taken care of things before they became problems. His pricing is very reasonable. He will just show up, fix whatever and then let me know it's done. Communication was excellent throughout the bid and project, including insurance coordinations, selecting materials, enhancing waterproofing in low slope areas, sealing gaps where water or critters could penetrate, enhancing attic air flow, and extra care protecting ac units, plants, and swimming pool. MAC was recommended to us by a trusted general contractor. He claimed there was no roofer better and was the one who other general contractors called when they had a tuff issue.

Diamond Select Construction always demonstrates excellent responsiveness, arriving quickly to assess the issues, and provided honest advice and correctly identifying what needs to be repaired. On this visit they fixed some damage to our roof vents and pipes caused by squirrels and the group who put in a water heater along with a new vent pipe. Diamond Select replaced my roof about 10 years ago, it was a very good experience and they did a great job. Recently, I had some storm damage and they came out the next day, repaired the damage, and did a total roof inspection for a very reasonable price.
