Diamond Septic Services LP

Did not show for scheduled septic pump. Called and they said work was completed. I reverified they did not complete the work. Second call representative said they completed work and would have a supervisor help me. Supervisor essentially called me a liar and said he would send someone investigate. A representative called me to schedule inspection. After 4 calls and well over an hour on the phone they provided the service they had already charged for and not completed. Terrible service!

Used this company for a pump and certification for a home under contract. Was told that they would have to come out on one day to uncover the lids and then the next day they would come out and do the pumping and certification. They said they could not give me a total cost until after the digging was done on the first day. They called me back after that first day and told me what time they would show up the following day for the pump and gave me a total which I relayed to my client. Property is vacant so my client had to drive an hour to meet them physically to pay them and they were 40 minutes late after they asked if they could come early. My client was invoiced and paid the bill which was for the same amount I was quoted over the phone the day before. Then Friday afternoon we received an

Very good service, the worker they sent was more than helpful, the weather elements that morning we're less than optimum but he powered right through it. Would definitely call again for their services.

Silvo is the man. After a bit of confusion with customer service, I ended up satisfied with the service. PUMPING SEPTIC. I have to say that Silvo the on-site technician made the difference. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The entire staff has been professional and helpful. The men who did the work at our home explained everything in a way I clearly understood.
