If I could give zero stars I would. Came out and gave a quote to remove branches, I asked for him to quote me on taking the whole tree down. He advised me that he couldn't even think about removing the entire tree right now and seemed put off that I even asked. He then advised me that he wasn't sure if he could do the work on the same day as he had other tree work to do, which I understand. I then asked him to let me know if he would be able to come back and take care of the branches. He said to give him time to check on a tree that was down on another house & he would get back with me. I waited over 3 hours with no contact from this man. My husband then called and told the secretary to cancel that we found someone who would do the work. All I can say is when you have a job that needs to be done it is wonderful to have it done by a human. Ones that have feelings and really care about others. My cat was stuck in a tree for 7 days when I finally found this tree service company and the caring way he talked to me just made me feel some weight off my shoulders. On one before this place would even talk to me about taking my cat out. Other tree service companies, fire departments. Animal control service. I thank the Lord for letting me find this man. The Best Tree Service around. The prices are great, the service is cordial, and Mr. Tugger and his wife are the most honest people I have ever seen. Also their service is very professional. We cut around four huge trees on our property, and they cut and cleaned everything... They are the most ruded pepole I have ever had to deal with not only was I'm trying to get them to stop what they was doing so I could ask them a question he wouldn't stop cutting the branches and got saw dust over me and I'm handicap..and laughted I would hope no one want there kind of business
