The absolute WORST cleaning experience I’ve ever had! Two girls showed up during a rain storm, didn’t bother taking off their shoes or putting on shoe covers inside the house. Hardwood floors & rugs were still dirty after they left. Dust bunnies left under furniture. They pushed the dining room table towards the wall and left it for me to push back. They knocked over the dog’s water bowl and left the water all over the floor. They didn’t take empty the garbage from any of the bedrooms. They left gouge and swirl marks all over the surface of my New stainless steel stove. Then, when I asked one of them to dust the top of the China cabinet, she pulled over my dining chair and stood on top of it! brushing dust off and then left the dust there… I could go on, but you get the picture. I had an unexpected incident with a fire extinguisher that left dust everywhere, and this company came through for me on very short notice. They were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful honestly, I don’t think I could’ve handled it on my own. They came in, took care of everything quickly, and made sure my home was spotless again. I’m super appreciative of how understanding and responsive they were during a stressful situation.
