I thought my oil furnace needed only "simple/regular" servicing. After Carlos' inspection, he pointed out to me that my issues were beyond simple. He explained in detail to me what was causing the furnace performance issues (clogged, dirty burner, soot, etc.) and remedied them all. Since his repairs, I have noticed such a huge difference in not just how the furnace works , but also the heat in the home. I don't have to turn up the temp as high anymore. I appreciate his knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty. I highly recommend him.

He actually did so much more, in my humble opinion, but when it came down to what he charged, he did not go above his quote. Although he very well could have. He has a client in us.
