Santos and team did a fantastic job rebuilding half of our back porch after Hurricane Helene damage. His initial quote was accurate, he finished the project in the time he said, and they cleaned up nicely before they left. The original porch was built four years ago, but Santos was aware of new codes for size of support beams and spacing of joints and rebuilt accordingly. We have already recommended Diaz Remodeling to friends and family and plan to use again in the future.

Santos painted the exterior of my home and did an excellent job. He has painted several houses in my neighborhood and all had good things to say about him. My house is large and three stories with three sides hardie siding and he painted it for a very reasonable price. I bought the paint and used Behr Ultra and it looks fantastic! I will use him again and I am having him quote my interior also.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. First, he did my wife and sister in law wrong. They came to him to get the roof fixed and replaced as well as installing gutters. They also did remodeling in the bathrooms and kitchen and painted the exterior. First of all, they nickel and dime you. Second of all, they do not guarantee their work. The roof was replaced nor even 6 months ago and the gutters already fell down (see pictures). Now, onto my house. I asked them specifically to do two coats of paint on the exterior. I still believe only one coat was done because I see various parts where the old paint is still showing through. Second, I asked them to replace any cedar planks that were going bad or damaged. Really disappointed. I met Santos at the Sherwin Williams in Buckhead and he agreed to give me a price for painting the exterior of my house. His initial price was good but then he charged me for all sorts of extra's that should have been included in his original quote. He even said his price only included 1 coat of paint even though he knew that we changing the colors of the house from dark gray to white.! Scam artist!

Great work!!!! He has remodeled my entire house. He painted, tiled, and laid down hardwood floors in my house. He is very detailed oriented. His work is unbelievable! He works effeciently and is reasonably priced! I will continue to use him in the future.
