Dibarco Building Corporation

I have worked with Dibarco builders on several occasions. I have also had a chance to review their work on several occasions. As a Florida licensed Home Inspector I can say without any hesitation that Dibarco builders is a top notch company that always does everything right. Cindy is wonderful to work with, very professional, considerate, listens to what the clients needs and executes that plan flawlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them for any of my construction needs. 5 star all the way

I was looking for bids on a home project. I called Dibarco and talked with Cindy and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Cindy never showed or called. The next day I called again, left a message. No return call. If you can't return phone calls or show up for appointments, I wonder how well they follow thru on projects? As for me, I'm done!

I first had my Category 3 flood (gross kind) on March 10, 2025. I met with Cindy Couillard on April 9th. I asked them for a quote to rebuild and a second quote for other things I wanted done. I didn’t Receive anything until May 7th when they sent me two quotes without itemizing it. I wrote back and asked if they would be so kind as to do that and never heard from them again. I also texted Cindi directly May17th (because I was dealing with their office manager via email and was getting no reply) and she ignored my text. I suspect they blew me off because they knew I was a single woman and disabled. I don’t believe they thought I might be able to pay for the projects so why waste your time..which they are sorely mistaken about. I believe their professionalism is probably indicative of some

My friend had a mother-in-law suite built by Dibarco and it came out absolutely gorgeous. Definitely plan on using Dibarco when I'm ready to build one of my own.

Do not hire this contractor. I mean do not!!!!! Everything they did in my mother's house is a joke from the plumbing to the ac. The drywall, wow. Cracks everywhere.
