The employees rock. Everyone at Dicks is so friendly and helpful, not to mention the great job they do putting my hoists in! It takes excellent work from management to keep folks like that.

As a big city person, I'm new to "lake life", and certainly new to boats, docks, ... After buying our home on Houghton Lake and then our very first ever boat, I needed a dock. After searching around, speaking with various retailers and neighbors, I settled on Dick's Docks. They responded quickly, priced competitively and helped me out of a bind when I needed to make a change. They also taught me a few lessons on "lake life" along the way. So whether you are new to "lake life" or a seasoned local, I'd recommend Dick and Dick's Docks if you're looking for docks, accessories or service.

very un professional. I was living at an apartment complex in 2021 and I came out to my car covered in dirt wreaths and rocks. I called to bring it to the owners attention and he told me it wasn't his problem that cars are supposed to move when they are plowing. :)

They handle all 6 of my apartment complexes. They are efficient and friendly. Only those tenants that do not move their vehicles seem to have a problem. I get several calls each time they plow and shovel telling me what a great job they are doing.

Great place, great people. Helped me out today in a bind finding some replacement dock parts to fix storm damage. Went above and beyond with service.
