I was desperate, we called the plumber they fixed they could. They said we need a well guy. We called F&F they came out the next day, checked everything. He said he would return with his partner and fix it. He came today and fixed it. They were both professional, polite, and trustworthy as well as friendly… knowledgeable. I can’t say enough! Truly grateful, wonderful people and service.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR GETTING “GOOD WATER”. SEVERAL TESTS FAILED WITH CENTRAL MICHIGAN HEALTH DEPT AND THIS COMPANY WOULD NOT TAKE RESONSIBILITY. THEY EVEN DOUBLE CHARGED TO RECHLORINATE THE WELL!! OFFICE MANAGER – RIGHT HAND MAN – VERY OFFISH. MAKE SURE IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM, ITS IN THE BID THAT THEY WILL HANDLE EVERYTHING REGARDING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FROM BEGINNING TO END (THAT MEANS GETTING A GOOD TEST SAMPLE TO THE HEALTH DEPT & THE HEALTH DEPT SIGNING OFF ON IT). THIS COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU A LOW BID WITHOUT TELLING YOU WHAT ACTUALLY NEEDS TO GET DONE!! THEY WILL ALSO TRY TO SELL YOU A NEW WELL VS. PUTTING IN A NEW POINT! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR A NEW WELL.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND F & F Well Drilling. Great communication, courteous, Very Knowledgeable Excellent Service. they came out gave us an estimate, got us on the schedule, replaced our screen, foot valve, leathers, etc. They explained everything to me as they did it. they worked very hard and made sure every step of the job was done right. Great crew. When the job was finished it was the price we had agreed upon. I am very pleased with the job. We have the best water pressure we have ever had now.

I was having a problem with intermittent loss of water pressure in my manufactured home with a well. I called F&F and set up an appointment for them to come out the next day. The company sent Will, who showed up on time. He listened to what I was experiencing and he took the time to explain how he was going to troubleshoot the issue. As he progressed through the problem solving, he showed me what he found and what his next steps were. The communication was great. It turns out it was a faulty pressure switch, which he replaced. He tested the system and then cleaned up the worksite. What a great experience. Thank you.
