I had a really great experience with Dick’s Heating & A/C out of Sumner. Edgar, the technician who assisted me, was extremely professional and thorough. My heating unit hadn’t been looked at since 2019, and he gave me really solid advice on whether to replace parts or just go ahead and replace the whole unit. Thanks to his guidance, I’m opting for a full replacement, and they even gave me a great discount when I bundled it with duct cleaning. Overall, a really enjoyable and smooth experience. Steve was wonderful. Very informative with Great communication. We had a time crunch to get the new heating and A/C units installed. They came through and even went above and beyond the project description. They cut down an overgrown kiwi vine to give our unit enough room. These guys are punctual, thorough, respectful and clean. It was our pleasure to feed to crew Dirty Dave's Pizza. We recommend them for any heating and cooling products/system/service.

Really appreciate Dick’s Employees. They went above and beyond to get the job done. We just moved into a home and the whole heating system needed replacing. Our sidewalks needed clearing but we ran out of time. To get new heat pump in 1 of the workers cleared the sidewalk for us. Looked like he has done that before and we actually learned something. Everyone was professional and helpful. They made sure we were satisfied and had a system we wouldn’t regret. We recommend them highly and are very grateful for them.
