Dick's Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently had Dicks install a new furnace and water heater. Their pricing was reasonable and the scheduling and installation process was very efficient. All the staff from office to installers were efficient.

Very fast and professional. Diagnosed problem very quickly and efficiently and repaired. No high pressure to buy a whole new system like two other companies did. Very happy with these guys and gals. Highly recommended 😊.

Paid for a repair to our drain line for our system turned the system on and came home water dripping for our ceiling. Refused to even come back and look at the damage or correct the work. Paid $800 for the repair and now I'm paying a second company to do it again. Don't trust them with your hard earned money or your home.

We have a relatively new system and the electronic filter went out. Dave and Tony came by to repair it and I thought for sure I would be paying for it since it has been two years. Fortunately, they told me that it was still under warranty and these guys had to do multiple trouble shooting, including coming into our house not just outside. I am so amazed at how thoughtful they were, making sure to shake off and wipe their feet before coming in even though there was nothing on their shoes. To the owners of Dick's heating, please reward these guys for a job well done. For their knowledge, ability to solve the problem, respect to the customer and patience with the customer who asks lots of question... Well done Dave and Tony!
