Working with Roy's was great at first; Junior was very professional and explained their services and processes. Despite a few first year hiccups (two broken irrigation pipes during unrelated work that they fixed) the lawn looked better by Fall and I was happy to continue services. Things went downhill rapidly in year 2 starting with an unexpected price increase. Then they aerated and thatched the lawn too early in the Spring when it was very wet, leaving tire tracks and damaging the surface. Later, the previously repaired irrigation pipe broke which they offered to fix only at their $110 hourly rate (despite having broken it and repaired it in the same place the previous season). This is my first season using Roy’s Lawn Services. They are professional and communicated well. Whenever I called their offices the phone calls were very professional. I appreciated coming home to a yard all maintained after a long work day. I would recommend Roy’s for yard services.

I had the spray package for my lawn ! Yard is in Great shape for the most part going into winter ! I'm waiting to here from them a a small issue with something growing on the grass...Looks to be a mold??!! They are going to contact me ..picture had been sent with the issue.
