Even when a chimney built many years ago needed a complete overhaul, Mike was approachable, understanding, and fully honored his company’s warranty. He did not give me a hard time or try to avoid doing a total tear down and rebuild. He and all the men who worked at my house were easy to work with and respectful. They all worked hard to ensure that the end result was done properly. I can honestly say that Mike is one of the most honorable businessmen I have dealt with!

Mike at Dieters Hagen just finished rebuilding 2 chimneys for me from the roof up. Mike was able to get white brick to match and did a phenomenal job. New stainless steel caps, waterproofing etc. Not only did Mike do a great job, with a great price, while at my home he stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way via text to maintain current health and distance protocols which was amazing.
