Diglio masonry and restoration

I had a similar experience to the other 1-star review. Vincent came out and quoted a fair price, but never came when he said he would. He told me a week and a half, then didn’t show up and said he would come the following Friday. Still didn’t show up. I found another contractor to do the work. JAR Construction did a great job.

Vin and his crew performed an outstanding, quality job repairing & repointing my chimney. Great job. Very professional. Everything cleaned up. Came out within 24 hours of my request!! Price is very reasonable. Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend.

My retaining wall was falling down from age and weather, the owner Vincent came out right away and gave me a very good quote and was here the following week. I love the work he did, he built a new retaining wall with proper drainage so I will not have the problem again from weather. I highly recommend this company. I'm a very satisfied customer!

We called two other companies to look at our chimney since we had started to have flooding in our basement from the chimney access. After the run around with the two other companies, Vincent came and knew what was exactly wrong and what needed to be fixed. Our chimney was fixed the next week right before the next storm hit! He was very professional and quality work!

If I could give zero stars I would, maybe even negative stars. I sent pictures and got a reasonable quote for some foundation, driveway, and chimney repairs. I was told they would come the next week. Never heard anything back and no one showed up. So I contacted Vincent the following week, he said he needed good weather for the driveway, which I thought sounded reasonable. He didn't show the following week. Again I contacted him and we had a solid time and date set. He was supposed to come at 11 am. 1130 am, we still hadnt heard anything. He finally texted me back after several calls and texts saying his truck broke down. I needed these repairs done within a specific time frame and now they won't be done on time. If you ask me, I wouldn't hire this guy for anything. He is totally unreliabl
