Russ Baker with Dillings Heating Plumbing and Electrical went over and above normal service work to get my family hot water. We had a Rinnai on demand hot water heater that was installed by MJ about 6 years ago that started causing problems. Since they installed it, I assumed they knew how to fix it. I was wrong. The MJ service tech changed out a gas flow contraption, said that was all he knew to do and so he said they could take it down and replace parts until it worked. $500.00 dollars later with a hot water heater cutting out I called Dillings and that brought Russ Baker into my life. Russ started working on the heater and put it through all the systems check and said he had never seen a Rinnai water heater behave like this before. Nathan was fantastic! I asked a lot of questions as this is my first home and he was so patient taking time to explain everything and show me pictures so I understood. He even pulled up my notes from last inspection when I had a question about it. He changed our filters and let me know what to expect in the future as our unit gets older which helps me financially plan for possible costs. Can’t recommend his service enough!

I just had my annual service done and I’m really impressed. My technicians were Trent and Cody. Trent checked all components, cleaned the unit thoroughly, tightened electrical connections, and made sure the heat pump was switching modes correctly. He even pointed out a small issue before it became a big one. Excellent service from start to finish. Cody was there to give me excellent advice about one of my A/c units.
