Mr. Jerry came and worked on my safe that I was unable to open. Communication was great for setting appointment and letting me know when he would arrive. He was on time, very professional and personable. He was able to unlock my safe and fix the issue with no problem. A true expert at his craft. Highly recommend using Dill’s Lock and Safe for all of your needs with locks or safes!

I will be forever grateful to the young man at Dill lock and safe. I got locked out my car with my grandson in it. He opened my car door in minutes. I recommend his services, I definitely will be calling him. So being said, greenwood s.c. that’s the business to call. He was very nice and courteous.

Let me start this off by saying Mr. Dill no longer owns this business and he is the only reason I went there in the first place. He was kind to me and really took care of my problem. That being said, whoever bought his business is ruining his good name. They showed me several safes. I did look at the safe in question, but it was electronic and I swear the sticker on it said $395.00, it was worn looking, and I did not want to go back to that. I clearly stated I wanted the bigger one with dial combination dial lock. Yesterday they delivered the smaller electronic one. I immediately expressed my concern that this was not the right safe. We Do not do business with Dill's Lock and Safe. Buyer beware!  they did a bait and switch when they delivered the safe. My husband said it was not the correct one. It was too small. The guy would not listen. Brett brought it all up, undid it and of course it was not the right safe it was one with a digital lock whereas we went to a combination safe and a bigger safe when we went back to get our money back, they charged us $125 for delivery... of the wrong safe!  then was verbally abusive! Shady, shady people!

Very friendly with great pricing (cheapest around). They had my key copied and programmed in no time.
