From the time that we walked into the Westmont showroom until the installers finished their job and left our home, we were very happy with Dilworth. We went to Dilworth after talking to another company, and not having a comfortable feeling with several aspects of the other company. We are so glad we did! Casey and Lisa made us feel very comfortable with everything. It was still more expensive than I initially expected, but by the time we signed our sales agreement I felt comfortable that we were going to get a fantastic product for a fair price. Dilworth is quality all around. They've replaced 14 windows for us in the last year, and we'll likely have them do more. The initial quote meeting was never pushy, just very informative and they had a solid presentation and product. We appreciate how great their team is and what a fantastic job their installers do too. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. If you need new windows or doors, they can't be beat!

We had a great experience with Dilworth when getting our new front door. Casey was super helpful and guided us through the options and the process and was always responsive and on time. The installers did a great job, even though whoever previously installed our front door made some interesting modifications to the frame that they had to fix. We initially visited another nearby door store and were turned off by their sales process, and constant need to try to upsell us. We never felt any unwanted pressure from Dilworth and in the end our expectations were exceeded in every way!
