J.D. DiMare has done an excellent job of looking out for me as his customer. I have been using his company for close to 20 years, with no problems at all. They have always responded quickly to my calls, and when they knew my husband was deployed, they even offered to change my furnace filters each month. When our smart thermostat notified us that our AC had been running for several hours without lowering the temperature in the house (we were on vacation), J.D. came out and checked the unit and replaced the defective part when my daughter was available to be at the house. He texted me pictures of the defective part and the newly installed part. This is an excellent company with integrity that is often hard to come by. I recommend them to everyone I know.

JD has been providing outstanding HVAC service to us since 2008. We have a preventive maintenance service with him for twice a year inspections; we've also taken advantage his emergency service when our HVAC units malfunctioned...he was out immediately and got us back up and running. He's the best!

Amazing folks! So trustworthy, responsive, and honest. After two companies told us we needed to repair / replace our whole system (quoted $5-10k), Randy came out and showed us how routine maintenance and a small fix would get it working. Absolutely recommend my air conditioner broken Sunday. I called. He promptly called me back within 15 minutes. Tried to walk me through it to See if it was something I can fix on my end. wasn’t able to do that. He then came out in my house within 15 minutes. Fix the problem great price, genuine person highly highly recommend.

Wanted to thank Mr DiMare for the excellent service he provided and his explanation on the issues of the different air conditioning systems consumers don't know when purchasing a system for their home. He was very detailed and always takes his time on answering all my questions. His pricing is very fair for the work he does. I highly recommend his company and have found that his extensive experience does make a difference!!
